and motivation and enabling the establishments to meet set objectives through enhanced employee productivity.
Food and Beverage Headwaiters/Supervisors, Hotel Receptionists, Guest Relation Officers and Reservations Clerks, Cooks currently working in cold kitchens , Bakers and Pastry Cooks , Sous Chefs, Senior Cooks, F&B Supervisors, Store Keepers
Kitchen & Stores Equipment Technicians, Guest Room Attendants,Floor Supervisors, Laundry and Dry-Cleaning Plant Employees, without formal training with at least two years’ experience in the section
and a minimum of “O” Level standard of education.
Participants are required to bring along two sets of professional
Uniform or as required by the department
The Institute is fully equipped with training kitchens, restaurants and bars and has access to all front and back-of-the-house facilities at its training Hotel including the Front Office and Housekeeping areas. It also has well equipped classrooms, library and a computer lab
